In the unlikely event of our inability to accommodate you/your guest holding a guaranteed reservation, we will arrange an alternative accommodation.
As per Government of India rules, it is mandatory for all Indian guests have to present a valid photo ID. And all Non-Indian Guests Should Submit the original Passport and Visa at the time of arrival. Without a valid ID, guests will not be allowed to check-in. In case of a no show or cancellation of a guaranteed reservation the hotel reserves the right to levy retention charges for the entire stay.

Cancellation/retention fee as indicated would be levied on all confirmed bookings.
Cancellation charges are applicable on the total duration of stay and on entire booking.
90% of the total will be refunded if the booking gets cancelled before 20 days.
50% of the total will be refunded if the booking gets cancelled before 7 days.
100% Retention charges applicable for No Shows and for the Confirmed booking being cancelled before 72 hours.
Mode of payment would either cheque or bank transfer and it would be done within 15 days after the cancellation is done.
